Experience with other drainage projects:

Drainage Study/ Winfield Master Development Plan, Laredo, Texas: Performed detailed drainage study for the 600.0 acre watershed, analyzed the existing culverts under Loop 20 (TxDOT) within the relevant watershed and provided designs for the modified channel in the downstream side. The study also included several detention pond designs in order to eliminate the downstream impact from the developments.

Drainage Study/ McDonough Master Development Plan, San Antonio, Texas (104.0 acre tract): Prepared the Master Development Plan (MDP) which included the detailed drainage analysis of Upper Leon Creek Watershed. The hydrologic and hydraulic models for Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM) Study were used in the drainage analysis.

Drainage Study/ McDonough Water Project, San Antonio, Texas: Analyzed 10.5 Sq. mile watershed in Leon Creek for the feasibility study of this water project. The study estimated the receivable runoff from Leon Creek beyond the 2 year storm event. The study also included the considerations of annual average precipitation in the relevant watershed.

South Texas Detention Pond Complex, Correctional Services Corporation, Pearsall, Texas: Analyzed a 120.0 acre watershed, develop a model for detention pond, prepared construction plans and storm water management plan

Royal Crest Development, San Antonio, Texas: 90 acre residential development with a total of 444 single family residential lots. Provided watershed analysis and detention design and storm water management.

Comanche Ridge Subdivision- Residential Subdivision with 30 units. Provided detention design and storm water management plan


Culebra Square Project, San Antonio, Texas: Project includes four retail buildings (62,800 sf.), one office building (12,500 sf.) and three restaurants. Provided underground storm system design, adverse impact analysis and storm water management plan.


CorePath Laboratories, San Antonio, Texas: 20,000 sf. medical laboratories at Camp Bullis Road, San Antonio, Texas. Provided detailed flood study for downstream analysis and storm water management plan.


Eagle Point Subdivision, San Antonio, Texas: 20 acre commercial development. Provided storm water management with adverse impact analysis.
