Projects
FM 2493, Tyler, Texas (TxDOT Project): Surveying and mapping of FM 2493 ROW for a total distance of 9.72 miles. Scope of Work includes collecting existing ROW maps & as-built plans, review property/ROW data, set up control points, locate improvements and existing visible utilities, topographic surveying, developing ROW map, details of existing hydraulic structures, topographic survey on both upstream & downstream sides of 26 culverts to support hydraulic analysis and prepare a survey base map in MicroStation.
SH-16, San Antonio, Texas (TxDOT Project): Scope of work includes setting horizontal and vertical controls for an aerial photographic control survey for a 7.20 mile section of Bandera Road (SH-16) in between Loop 1604 and Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas. MHR set control points and control panels, determined horizontal & vertical coordinates and prepared final panel layout & data sheets with each point descriptions and prepared a survey base map in MicroStation
Design-Build Septic Project, Department of Homeland Security: Responsibilities included detailed survey for boundary, topographic & existing improvements for the design-built septic projects at four different locations for Border Petrol facilities located at Laredo Rifle Range, Freer, Hebbronville and Bruni, Texas.
Lackland Airforce Base (As-Built) (KEL 15-0031): Scope of work included providing an existing condition base survey map in AutoCAD that includes buildings, asphalt drive, curb, sidewalk and trees for a development project.
B325 Sewer Line Project at Fort Sam Houston: Scope of work included locating visible utilities, pavement, building corners and collecting rim & invert elevations for the existing sewer lines to be replaced, preparing a base map in AutoCAD with existing site conditions and topography. Technical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) Renovations, Fort Hood, Texas: Scope of work included improvement survey, locating buildings’ corners & visible utilities, topographic survey and preparing survey base map for design.
Right-of-Way Improvements, Judson Road (City of San Antonio Project): Responsibilities included locating visible utilities and improvements within Right-of-Way (ROW), providing cross-sections to generate 1.0’ ft contour and preparing a base map in MicroStation.
